Series WFK flow sensors, designed for use with water as the medium

An integrated or external multifunctional display is available, along with an optional integrated temperature display. The series WFK flow sensors from CKD allow you to measure very low to very high flow rates in various increments. The measurable range is from 0.5 l/min to 200 l/min at a maximum pressure of 10 bar. The short response time of 1 second and repeat accuracy of +/- 2.5% ensure optimum results. As the sensors rely on the Karman vortex method, there are no moving parts to affect the service life. With the WFK3000 series, the media temperature can also be optionally detected and output in analogue form. The sensors comply with protection class IP65. The 3000 series includes two types, S and M, which differ in terms of their function. The S type is equipped with analogue outputs and the M type with switching outputs, which can be easily set using rotary switches. The larger types are equipped with analogue outputs. The current flow rate is shown on the display and can be processed by a controller via the relevant outputs.
