Series FCM flow rate controller
The advantages of this series FCM flow rate controller are its compatibility with many gases and its fast
and precise response time of less than 0.5 seconds.
This flow rate controller is suitable for a wide range of gases, such as argon, oxygen, methane or propane. Flow ranges from 0 to 10 l/min are available, the smallest being 0 to 500 ml/min. The repeat accuracy is +/- 1% and the response time is less than 0.5 seconds. This controller comes with either a 10-bit parallel input or an analogue input (0 – 5 VDC, 0 – 10 VDC or 4 – 20 mA). When it comes to the outputs, you can choose between analogue or digital outputs (PNP or NPN).
The operating voltage is 24 VDC. To enable additional functions, CKD offers complementary products such as flow sensors and valves.
