Thomson T-Case™ LinearRace® Shafting has been specially developed to withstand harsh operating conditions and offer optimum performance. As the newest member of the Thomson Shafting product family, the T-Case Shafting provides a high-quality, robust and economical solution in accordance with EU standards.

Features and benefits:

Robust materials:
Manufactured from high-quality steel (1.1213/CF53 for solid shafts, 1.1221/C60E for hollow shafts) for maximum durability.

Hardened for durability:
The T-Case Shafting is hardened to 60 to 63 HRC to ensure a long service life in transport applications.

Precise diameter:
With a diameter tolerance of h6/h7, the shafts offer consistent precision over the entire length.

Built-in quality:
The production process is certified to ISO 9001:2008 to ensure the highest standards of quality.

Optionally chrome-plated:
Chrome coatings (8–15 µm) for increased corrosion resistance are available.

Individually cut to length:
The shafts can be cut to length and machined in the factory according to your specifications to eliminate the need for any additional processing/machining steps after dispatch.
