Bearing-supported freewheel with press fit assembly for a large number of standard applications. Dust-protected and lubricated.
The CSK is a sprag type freewheel that uses the dimensions of ball bearing series 62 (with the exception of sizes 8 and 40).

Application example
This freewheel is bearing supported and comes ready-lubricated with grease. The design provides protection against dust particles larger than 0.3 mm. Particularly at operating temperatures above +50°C, the additional use of Nilos rings is recommended. The use of oil lubrication is also possible.
All versions of the CSK are equipped with “formchromed” sprags, which extends the overrunning life time considerably. Reliable torque transmission is achieved by press fitting the outer race into a dimensionally stable steel housing with a tolerance of N6. The shaft should have a fit of n6, which is why the initial bearing radial clearance is set at C5. These features ensure that the freewheel works reliably and for a long time.
