PMCN150 to PMCN600

The shock absorbers that make up ACE’s PMCN Protection series represent an outstanding solution thanks to their hermetically sealed cap. This special cap, made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU), fully protects the tried-and-tested ACE rolling diaphragm by hermetically sealing it off from the environment. As a result, the function of these maintenance-free and ready-to-use shock absorbers cannot be impaired by aggressive cutting, lubricating and cleaning agents. The stainless steel impact surface integrated into the protective cap ensures reliable energy absorption and makes for a much longer service life. These shock absorbers are also available in a full stainless steel version.

The PMCN series is an excellent alternative to the SP sealing air bleed collar, especially if no compressed air is available in the machine or system. Because they provide protection against aggressive fluids, these miniature shock absorbers are the preferred choice for situations where conventional shock absorbers would wear out too quickly, for example in machining centres or other plant and machinery applications.
