MC150 to MC600

The MC150 to MC600 product family is characterised by its proven durability. A hermetically sealed rolling diaphragm is integrated into each shock absorber, with the result that these products can withstand up to 25 million cycles. ACE has perfected its rolling diaphragm technology to ensure that the damping fluid is kept completely separate from the ambient air. This enables direct installation inside a pressure chamber, e.g. for end position damping in pneumatic cylinders with pressures of up to 7 bar or so.

The rolling diaphragm also plays a role in helping these maintenance-free shock absorbers to achieve very low resetting forces. Available in well-defined weight ranges, they offer high energy absorption and feature an integrated positive stop. In addition, a side load adapter can be used to enable impact angles of up to 25°.

These miniature shock absorbers are extremely versatile and are also available in stainless steel versions. They are used in mechanical and plant engineering as well as in various other industries.
