TUBUS-TS

The profile dampers from the TS family – also known as the TUBUS soft series – are likewise made of co-polyester elastomer. Thanks to their almost linear damping characteristics, these maintenance-free and ready-to-use components absorb energy gently while only placing a minimal load on the machine. The low self-heating of the material plays a key role in keeping the damping constant.

The members of the TS product family achieve maximum energy absorption within a range of 2 Nm to 966 Nm while also offering a small overall height. With their space-saving design, these profile dampers are available in diameters from Ø 14 mm to Ø 107 mm. Each model can be attached quickly and easily using the special screw supplied.

The affordable and durable TUBUS TS profile dampers are suitable for both emergency stop and permanent applications. They can be used for end position damping in the context of linear axes; toolmaking; machine tools; hydraulic, pneumatic and handling equipment; and for many other applications where reliable damping is required.
