Compact individual valves and manifold versions

Matrix

Combines 8 valves in a compact base body with a centralised air supply. Can be combined with the optional manifold base for various functions

Series 750: High-speed multi-valves, Qn max. 800 Nl/min.

2/2, 3/2, 3/3 or 5/2-way function in NC or NO version

Compact individual valves and manifold versions

The series 750 solenoid valves are available with 2/2, 3/2, 3/3 and 5/2-way functions. Depending on the function, they are available in the NC (normally closed) or NO (normally open) type or a combination of the two. The modular design of this valve series allows for a whole host of versions with 1, 2, 4 or 8 outlets and a flow rate of up to 700 Nl/min. Depending on the version, a pressure range of 0–8 bar is supported, with the vacuum version offering a maximum of 10–5 torr. The valve switching time is in the single-digit millisecond range. The standard version takes only 7 ms to open and 3 ms to close. In the case of the Speed-Up version, the MATRIX valve can complete the entire opening or closing switching process in just 2 ms. The series 750 valves can be operated at a frequency of up to 300 Hz.

Matrix valves rely on a unique and innovative operating principle that results in exceptional dynamic performance. Switching is frictionless and involves the movement of very small masses. This special feature enables an extremely long service life of ≥500 million switching operations, thereby reducing the frequency of maintenance. Thanks to the outstanding repeat accuracy and reliability, you can achieve consistent process quality in your applications without having to make any readjustments on systems.

The 750 series combines 8 valves in a compact base body with a centralised air supply. All valves can be switched independently of each other. In conjunction with the optional manifold base, several modular valves with different functions can be combined.
