Application examples

Compact/stackable pumps are compressed air-operated multi-stage ejectors based on COAX technology that feature integrated control and special functions such as an on/off valve, a blow-off valve, a vacuum switch and an energy-saving function.

• P5010 multi-stage ejector with Pi, Si or Xi COAX push-in cartridge.
• AVM™2, automatic vacuum management, unit with built-in control and monitoring functions.
• Valves for vacuum on/off and blow-off functions.
• Special emergency running feature for the version with the normally closed on/off valve. The valve opens in the event of a power failure (emergency stop).
• Increased blow-off performance thanks to a targeted blow-off channel.
• Analogue vacuum switch with two digital outputs and a choice of 16 preset signal level combinations.
• Digital display with a choice of “-kPA” or “-inHg”.
• Integrated energy-saving function (ES). The ES function minimises air consumption in the closed system. It can either be activated manually or via a signal (signal override).
• Three-colour LED displays for valves, signal output and ES.
