piCHIP COAX is an advanced solution for creating a vacuum with compressed air. COAX cartridges are based on Piab’s multi-stage technology and are smaller, more efficient and more reliable than conventional ejectors, allowing the creation of a flexible and efficient modular vacuum system.
- The lightweight piCHIP unit is a small vacuum pump that is optimised for integration. It is flexible enough to be quickly attached to a multitude of materials. Due to its almost silent operation, the piCHIP unit is perfect for use in cleanrooms. With their various vacuum applications, the medical and electronics industries are the perfect area of application for this product.
- COAX cartridges are up to twice as fast as other cartridges and achieve a flow rate that is three times higher than a conventional ejector with identical air consumption. This means that the piCHIP unit is able to deliver high performance even when the supply pressure is low or fluctuates (0.1 – 0.6 MPa).
