The series FSM electronic flow sensors are extremely lightweight and compact, and are suitable for both air and nitrogen. The compact design, low weight and fast response time extend the range of possible applications.

Series FSM-X 

The new FSM-X flow sensors from CKD impress with their compact and ultra-lightweight design. Weighing just 4 grams and measuring 8 millimetres in width, the sensor is one of the most compact in its class. It can detect air and nitrogen (N2) volume flow rates of -10 to +10 l/min, and takes no more than 5 ms to transmit an analogue signal of 1 – 5 VDC to an evaluation unit. The sensors are absolutely ideal for vacuum suction or presence monitoring of workpieces.
High volume flow rates can be measured by means of a bypass line. As a result, the sensor is extremely versatile and makes processes simpler, safer and faster. Can be connected to an M5 thread or a Ø4 mm hose, but direct flange mounting is also possible. In addition to its low weight and fast response time, this series offers impressive value for money.
