Thanks to the completely new internal design, the internal air consumption of the new precision pressure regulators from CKD is up to 70% lower. The series RPE products share the same dimensions as the conventional precision pressure regulators from CKD (42 x 42 mm), meaning that they can be easily installed in the other service units from the 1000 series.
The ¼ inch air connections have also been kept the same and, at just 250 grams, the RPE regulator is extremely lightweight. With their repeat accuracy of ± 0.5% of the final value and setting accuracy of 0.2% of the final value, these products leave nothing to be desired when it comes to high-precision pressure applications.
