The TR-H profile dampers are a series of maintenance-free, ready-to-install elements that are easy to fit thanks to the special screw supplied. Like the basic TR model, these dampers are also subjected to radial loads but offer long and gentle deceleration despite having almost identical dimensions. The difference lies in the harder co-polyester elastomer mixture, which leads to a significantly higher energy absorption range of 2.7 Nm to 427 Nm in the case of the TR-H models.
The TR-H product family is available in compact sizes from Ø 30 mm to Ø 102 mm. It complements the other members of the TUBUS range perfectly by occupying the space between the progressive TR models, on the one hand, and the almost linear TS types, on the other. As a result, users are able to choose the characteristic curve behaviour that best meets their individual needs from the wide range of options available within the ACE TUBUS family.
TUBUS TR-H profile dampers are also ideal for end position damping in the context of linear axes; toolmaking; machine tools; hydraulic, pneumatic and handling equipment; and for many other applications besides.
