The self-compensating industrial shock absorbers from the MAGNUM range are renowned for their outstanding damper technology. What you might not know is that they – i.e. the MC33 to MC64 models – are also available in a stainless steel version. All the external components of these dampers (with the exception of the piston rod) are made from 1.4404 stainless steel. They come ready-lubricated with a special oil that meets the approval requirements (NSF-H1) for the food industry.

Just like their standard counterparts, MAGNUM stainless steel dampers feature modern sealing technology, high energy absorption in a compact package, an integrated positive stop and a wide damping range. They are equipped with a PU head and are available with thread sizes ranging from M33x1.5 to M64x2 and damping strokes of up to 150 mm.

These self-compensating industrial shock absorbers made from stainless steel and produced by ACE are primarily used in the food, medical, electrical and offshore industries but are also in demand in many other sectors where robustness and corrosion resistance are required.
