Built to Handle High Pressure and Torque

Thanks to flat expansion bladders capable of withstanding up to 6 bar pneumatic pressure, the Series 609 ensures secure clamping and torque transmission even under heavy load conditions. The unique T-groove design guides the expansion ledges, preventing undesired bladder expansion and ensuring long-term reliability. When maintenance is needed, the bladder can be replaced externally in just a few steps by removing the clamping plate—minimizing downtime.

The Series 609 is available in standard diameters of 75 mm (3 inches) and 150 mm (6 inches), with custom diameters up to 300 mm offered on request. Its length is fully adaptable to customer specifications, and longer versions are economically feasible compared to other coupling types. The unit is secured using a split clamping ring on the carrier shaft.
