Profile KH 8 40x40 is crafted from an innovative material made of over 70% wood fibre, featuring the same design as the equivalent aluminium profile. This ensures full compatibility with all fasteners, connectors, and accessories in the Building Kit System. The Line 8 groove allows easy panel insertion into frames, simplifying assembly. The composite of thermoplastic and renewable raw materials gives KH 8 profiles the best of both worlds – strength and sustainability. Their elegant anthracite grey finish, smooth surface, and moisture-resistant, dimensionally stable structure make them ideal for clean, professional applications.

When weight reduction or electrical insulation is critical, Profile KH 8 is the right choice. It performs perfectly in laboratory equipment, EMC measurement setups, and lightweight frames such as shelving, tables, guards, and enclosures. Processing is straightforward — profiles can be cut and drilled like wood, without requiring special tools.

For larger constructions, the Profile KH 8 80x40 provides increased bending strength with its enlarged cross-section and six grooves for flexible fastening. Like the 40x40 version, it is neutral to magnetic fields and electrically insulating, making it an ideal complement to aluminium profiles in mixed assemblies. Each 40x40 profile weighs approximately 1.06 kg per metre, allowing effortless handling and efficient installation.
