Series CFB Solenoid Valves: Performance and Flexibility for Industrial Use

The Series CFB solenoid valves are engineered for reliability and flexibility in controlling air, water, and various fluids across industrial settings. Designed as 2/2-way (Normally Closed or Normally Open) and 3/2-way (Normally Closed), they meet the needs of diverse systems and applications.

These valves operate either directly with a poppet or indirectly via a diaphragm, depending on the model and application. With options ranging from G1/8 to G2 threaded connections, and orifice diameters from 1.4 mm to 50 mm, the Series CFB handles flow rates up to 45 l/min and pressures up to 22 bar. The design ensures quick response times (ON <15 ms, OFF <25 ms) and installation in any position.

Crafted from brass, with optional food-grade or anti-limestone plating, and supported by high-quality stainless steel internal parts, the valves are built for longevity. Sealing options include NBR, FKM, and EPDM, making them compatible with a wide range of fluids—including those with viscosity up to 37 cSt.

Electrical and Safety Features

Series CFB valves are compatible with multiple voltage standards (12V DC, 24V DC, 24V/110V/230V AC), offering power consumption from 9 to 30 W and continuous operation (ED 100%). With an insulation class H (180°C) and IP65 protection, these valves are ready for harsh environments and heavy-duty use.

Custom variants are available for water hammer prevention or for use with aggressive fluids, ensuring the right fit for specialized systems.
