Compact, lightweight, and high-performing – the Series 29 mini ball valves are your go-to solution for pneumatic and fluid control in confined spaces.

Precision Control in Compact Form

In industrial and pneumatic systems, space is often at a premium. The Series 29 mini ball valves are designed specifically for such scenarios, offering robust flow control for compressed air, inert gases, water, and oil – all within a miniaturized and lightweight design.

With tube external diameters of 4, 6, and 8 mm and thread options in BSP and R series (G1/8 to G1/2, R1/8 to R1/4), these valves easily integrate into a variety of configurations. Whether you're working with polymer tubing or threaded systems, Series 29 ensures flexibility and ease of installation.

Key Advantages:

  • Quick Installation: Push-in connections and compact form simplify assembly and reduce setup time.
  • Space-Saving Design: Ideal for systems where space constraints limit component choices.
  • Lightweight Construction: Reduces load and improves system dynamics.
  • High Flow Capability: Optimized internal design ensures minimal pressure drop and maximum efficiency.
  • Simple Operation: A 90° lever rotation provides fast and intuitive control.
  • Cost-Effective: Delivers durability and performance without inflating project budgets.

Versatile Configurations

The Series 29 is available in several versions to meet varied operational requirements:

  • MINI: Ultra-compact with a 6 mm orifice
  • ECO: Slightly larger, offering up to 10 mm orifice
  • Butterfly: Chrome-plated and aesthetically refined
  • 3/2-way with exhaust: For advanced directional control

These variants support 2/2-way and 3/2-way functionality, catering to a wide range of applications in both pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Performance and Durability

Constructed from brass with chrome-plated finishes (and nickel-plated brass balls), the valves are corrosion-resistant and robust. Sealing components include PTFE ball seals and FKM rod sealing rings, while the levers are made from glass-charged PA66 for durability and resistance to mechanical wear.

Operating Conditions:

  • Pressure:
    • Push-in models: -0.9 to 16 bar
    • Threaded models: -0.9 to 20 bar
  • Temperature:
    • All versions: -20°C to +80°C

For Aggressive Media – Series X29 in 316 Stainless Steel

When aggressive fluids or gases are involved, the Series X29, made of 316 stainless steel, is the ideal upgrade. It retains the compactness and ease-of-use of Series 29 while offering enhanced resistance to corrosion and chemical attack – perfect for more demanding environments.

Applications

  • Pneumatic circuits
  • Hydraulic systems
  • Water and oil flow control
  • Inert gas distribution
  • Systems requiring compact, point-of-use shutoff valves

The Series 29 mini ball valves are engineered for performance, speed, and adaptability. Whether you're retrofitting a system or designing from scratch, their compact size, range of configurations, and rugged design make them a reliable component for modern fluid control systems. For applications requiring added resistance, the Series X29 in stainless steel is your high-performance solution.
