Versatile, efficient, and compact – ideal for space-saving pneumatic applications
Series K: Where compact design meets reliable performance.
The Series K direct acting solenoid valves are engineered for precision, efficiency, and space-saving flexibility in pneumatic systems. Available in 2/2-way normally closed (NC) and 3/2-way NC/NO versions, they offer versatile configurations for varied control needs. Both versions share the same mounting pad, allowing them to be conveniently installed on common sub-bases or manifolds—an ideal setup for modular designs.
These valves operate using a direct acting poppet mechanism, ensuring quick and reliable switching with response times under 10 ms. A manual override, available exclusively on the 3/2-way variants, adds operational convenience. Designed to handle filtered compressed air and inert gases, the Series K delivers dependable performance across 0 to 7 bar pressure ranges and 0 to 50 °C operating temperatures.
With an orifice diameter from 0.6 to 1 mm and flow rates up to 0.30 l/min, these valves are perfect for precise low-flow applications. Despite their compact size, they feature a robust PBT body, stainless steel internals, and seals made of NBR or FKM, ensuring durability even in demanding environments.
Electrically, the Series K offers low power consumption of just 1 W, supports 6 to 24 V DC, and delivers a 100% duty cycle. With IP50 protection and options for oxygen-compatible configurations, the Series K is a reliable solution for a wide range of applications in industrial automation, medical devices, and instrumentation.
