Camozzi Series 43 Hydrochecks: Controlled Performance with Flexible Functionality

The Camozzi Series 43 hydrocheck units are precision-engineered components designed for applications requiring controlled linear motion. With a bore diameter of 40 mm, these hydrochecks offer regulated thrust or return strokes, making them highly adaptable for automation and motion control tasks.

A key feature of the Series 43 is the Skip-Stop function, which enhances versatility by allowing partial or complete stroke interruption. Users can choose between two control configurations:

• Regulated outward stroke with a fast return
• Fast outward stroke with a regulated return

Each unit comes equipped with an integrated oil surge tank to ensure automatic oil level equalisation, which helps maintain consistent performance.

Key Technical Features:

• Speed Control: Integrated flow regulator for consistent speed variation across a wide range—from 70 to 10,000 mm/min without valves, and 0 to 6,000 mm/min with valves.
• Load Capacity: Capable of handling up to 600 Kgf (approx. 5882 N) without valves, or 500 Kgf (approx. 4903 N) with valves.
• Stroke Options: Standard stroke lengths include 50, 100, 150, and 200 mm, with custom lengths available upon request.
• Valve Options: Optional stop valves, acceleration valves, or combined SKIP/STOP valves available for advanced control. The SKIP/STOP valve operates at 4 to 8 bar pressure.
• Construction: Durable tie-rod design for robust mechanical stability.
• Temperature Range: Operational from -10°C to +60°C, ensuring performance in varied industrial environments.
• Mounting: Designed for mounting with feet type Mod. B-40 (dimensions available in spec sheet B-41-40).

To maintain system efficiency, oil replenishment should be done using hydraulic oil class H, ISO HG 46, and pump Model 43N-PMP.
