Series 6PF ISO 15552 Cylinders – Precision Control with Integrated Position Feedback

Series 6PF cylinders combine the benefits of ISO 15552 pneumatic actuators with advanced position feedback functionality. These double-acting, low-friction cylinders integrate a potentiometric linear transducer inside the rod for continuous position monitoring over the entire stroke. Available in bores from Ø50 to Ø125 mm with strokes between 50 mm and 1000 mm, they ensure precise control with repeatability of 0.03% and linearity of 0.1%. The IP67-rated M12 connector enables reliable electrical integration even in harsh environments. With a minimum sliding pressure below 0.1 bar, speeds as low as 5 mm/sec, and compatibility with end-stroke sensors, Series 6PF is ideal for tensioning, cutting, filling, and measuring systems—including in dusty or ATEX-classified applications.
