Rotary and swivel module

PTM’s DM, SM, and DSK series rotary and swivel modules are engineered to bring compact, reliable, and precise motion to automation systems across various industries. The DM rotary module is designed for integration with PTM’s DA rotary actuators, enabling the creation of optional swivel tables. This setup is ideal for indexing and assembly operations and includes end-position sensing to ensure process accuracy and reliability.

The SM swivel module is a robust solution for rotating components 90°, whether from horizontal to vertical positions or vice versa. It is typically used in combination with a fixed PSM clamping module, making it suitable for pick-and-place, inspection, or orientation-specific operations in automated lines.

Completing the range, the DSK rotary and swivel module combines rotary and swivel functionality in a single, compact unit. Like the DM series, it integrates seamlessly with DA rotary actuators and features end-position sensing, ensuring repeatability and safe operation in high-speed environments.
