High-performance compact pneumatic cylinders designed for space-saving installations
Series 32 cylinders offer power and flexibility in confined spaces, ideal for advanced automation systems.
For applications where space is at a premium but performance cannot be compromised, Series 32 compact cylinders from Camozzi offer an optimal solution. Available in Tandem and Multi-position versions, these cylinders are designed to combine compactness with advanced functionality—ideal for confined environments and complex automation setups.
Constructed according to ISO 21287 standards, Series 32 cylinders maintain compatibility with existing mounting hardware for standard ISO15552 cylinders. Their compact profile ensures easy integration into tight spaces without sacrificing performance or mounting versatility.
The Tandem version of Series 32 allows for up to twice the thrust force of a standard double-acting cylinder. By using two pistons connected in series, this configuration delivers enhanced force output while maintaining the same external dimensions—a major advantage when dealing with space constraints and high-load requirements.
The Multi-position version provides up to three distinct stopping points, enabling greater flexibility in motion control. Ideal for complex automation tasks, this version reduces the need for multiple actuators and streamlines system design.
Whether you need extra force or multiple stroke positions within a compact footprint, Series 32 Tandem and Multi-position cylinders offer a robust and space-saving solution. Their compatibility with ISO standards, coupled with the flexibility in mounting and operation, makes them an excellent choice for modern pneumatic systems.
Twin Cylinders Series QX – Compact, High-Force Guided Actuators
The QX Series Twin Cylinders are compact, double-acting, guided actuators designed for high force and precise linear movement. Available in Ø10x2 to Ø32x2 mm sizes, they feature a double piston design that ensures enhanced stability, integrated guidance, and non-rotation. Users can choose between sintered bronze bushes (QXT) or linear ball bearings (QXB) for the guide. Constructed with anodized aluminum bodies and durable piston rods, these cylinders operate with clean air at 1–10 bar, support speeds of 50–500 mm/s, and perform reliably across a temperature range of 0° to 80°C.
