Series AP: Directly controlled proportional valve for liquids and gases

The new AP proportional valves from CAMOZZI are the cost-effective way to regulate the flow in various pneumatic applications. The valves are suitable for speed control of pneumatic cylinders, volume control of blow-out applications and lots more besides. The products in the AP series consist of 2/2-way proportional valves with a NC design and nominal diameters ranging from 0.8 mm to 2.4 mm. For optimum pulse width modulation (PWM for short) results, friction and stick-slip have been reduced to an absolute minimum. In addition, the valves can be used with 100% duty cycle. The valves are also suitable for vacuum applications and do not require a minimum working pressure.
The plastic base body comes with integrated connection nozzles so that the hose can be connected directly without the need for any additional fittings. The proportional valves from the AP series are available for immediate delivery in the 12 VDC and 24 VDC voltage versions. The AP valves are the ideal choice for simple flow control in low-cost pneumatic control systems.

The 16 and 22 mm sizes are new. Featuring EPDM seals, they can now be used for life science and medical applications. The sealing material is FDA, UBA and NSF certified
