Reliable and adjustable electronic control device for proportional valve applications
Closed-loop current control with ramp functionality and universal signal input options
The Series 130 Electronic Control Device is a high-performance PWM controller specifically designed for directly operated proportional valves, offering precision control and flexibility across various industrial environments.
At its core, the Series 130 transforms standard input signals—either 0–10V or 4–20 mA—into a PWM (Pulse Width Modulated) output, ensuring a current at the solenoid that directly mirrors the input signal. This enables smooth, accurate operation of proportional valves with a maximum output current of 1 A.
A key feature of this controller is its closed-loop current control, which dynamically compensates for voltage fluctuations and solenoid heating, maintaining stable and reliable performance over time. The user can also finely tune both minimum (offset) and maximum (span) current values to meet specific system requirements.
For further customization, the adjustable ramp function (0–5 seconds) allows gradual current transitions, reducing mechanical stress and ensuring smooth valve operation.
Whether you're integrating a new control system or upgrading an existing one, the Series 130 offers the reliability, configurability, and performance needed for precise proportional valve control in a wide range of applications.
