The PTM Series PSZ parallel grippers offer a unique combination of clamping and swivelling in a single module, simplifying processes and improving productivity in automated systems. With gripping forces ranging from 125 to 1500 N and opening strokes between 27 and 105 mm, these grippers handle a wide range of components efficiently.

Developed from PTM’s proven PSM clamping modules, the PSZ grippers maintain excellent stability and guidance—even with extended swivel jaws—thanks to the robust internal bearing systems. Their innovative design allows for 90° or 180° swivelling while the component remains clamped, eliminating the need for repositioning or additional handling.

The PSZ series is available in two main variants:

• Slimline Versions (PSZ 0200 & PSZ 0600):
  Designed for confined spaces, these grippers feature slim, finger-like jaws, ball bearing-supported swivel hubs, and belt-driven actuation. They are ideal for pick-and-place tasks where space is limited.
• Robust Versions (PSZ 0201, 0601, 1201, 3001):
  Built for demanding applications, these models include reinforced jaws, larger swivel hubs, axial deep-groove ball bearings, and adjustable end stops for controlled rotation. A sealed swivel area ensures reliable operation in challenging environments.

Additional features such as spring clamping, multi-position cylinders, and centering systems can be integrated, making the PSZ series highly adaptable to custom automation needs.
