Parallel Grippers – Compact, Powerful & Precise
Maximized force, minimized size – CGLN grippers deliver reliable performance with every cycle.
Precision and Strength in a Compact Form
The Series CGLN wide-opening parallel grippers are designed for high-performance gripping applications where precision, strength, and space-efficiency are critical. These grippers feature a double piston system that delivers high gripping force while maintaining a compact footprint, making them ideal for space-constrained automation systems.
One of the standout features of the CGLN series is its rack-and-pinion synchronized mechanism, which ensures accurate parallel jaw movement. Combined with calibrated jaw holes and locating pins in the base, the design simplifies repositioning and enhances repeatability (±0.1 mm).
Built with versatility in mind, Series CGLN grippers support a wide range of bore sizes (Ø10 to Ø32 mm) and strokes, enabling engineers to select the ideal configuration for their application. The grippers operate within a pressure range of 2 to 8 bar (3 to 8 bar for Ø10), and require no lubrication under standard conditions—though ISO VG32 oil can be used if lubrication is necessary.
For real-time monitoring, the body is equipped with grooves for mounting magnetic proximity switches (Series CSC), allowing for seamless integration into automated systems.
Whether you're handling delicate components or heavier industrial parts, the CGLN series provides reliable performance, robust construction, and easy adaptability—ideal for demanding automation environments.
