Product Offerings

FUA Series – Food Handling Angular Grippers

Designed specifically for direct product contact in food processing environments, the FUA series complies with EN 1672-2 industry standards. Made from corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, and non-absorbent materials, it ensures contamination-free handling. The stainless steel body resists chemical cleaning procedures, while the IP69K-rated sealed motion components allow for high-pressure and high-temperature cleaning.

RA Series – Toggle Locking Angular Grippers

The RA series features a toggle locking mechanism that provides exceptionally high grip force. When fully closed, the gripper locks in place and will not release unless air pressure is supplied. This fail-safe design ensures a secure hold, even in cases of catastrophic air loss.

DCT|CT Series – 2-Jaw Angular Grippers

These grippers feature a 180° full jaw opening, enabling direct feeding without requiring release movement by a robot or actuator. The shielded design prevents chips and debris from entering the internal drive mechanism, making them ideal for confined space applications. They also support adjustable stops and sensor options for enhanced versatility.

RUA Series – Cylindrical Spring Assist Angular Grippers

The RUA series is a cost-effective solution with a large opening angle and high torque. Optional safety springs provide additional grip force or retain components in the event of air supply failure. Designed for extreme environments, these grippers can be customized with hydraulic or pneumatic operation, Viton seals, and high-temperature protection features such as fireproof Kevlar boots or stainless steel heat shields.

RA Cam Driven Angular Grippers

This rugged gripper design delivers high grip force relative to its size. It uses a simplified drive mechanism for efficiency and durability. The body mounts securely with dowel pins for accuracy, and fingers attach with screws and keying for precise alignment.
