Wide Working Range with 180° Opening

One of the standout features of the CGSN grippers is their 180° opening angle, providing an extended working range ideal for handling larger or irregularly shaped components. This allows greater freedom in part orientation and fixture design, ultimately improving efficiency on the production line.

Built-in Magnetic Sensing for Position Feedback

Each gripper incorporates a permanent magnet that works seamlessly with proximity switches mounted in body grooves. These sensors deliver real-time feedback on the position of the gripping fingers, making the CGSN Series well-suited for automated systems requiring precise control and monitoring.

Easy and Flexible Installation

The CGSN Series is engineered with calibrated holes on both the base and the side, ensuring accurate alignment during installation. For added convenience, users can select between female (C-CGP) and male (L-CGP) mounting brackets to suit different setups, maximizing adaptability in tight or complex layouts.

Strong, Corrosion-Resistant Build

The gripping fingers are made from steel with corrosion resistance, ensuring long service life even in challenging environments. The internal link mechanism offers a high gripping force, while maintaining consistent performance at working pressures between 1–7 bar and temperatures ranging from -10°C to 60°C.
