Series MD soft start valve

The Series MD soft start valves are designed to improve safety and reliability during the start-up of pneumatic systems. By gradually increasing pressure, these valves prevent sudden actuator movements, protecting both equipment and operators.

Equipped with an adjustable regulation screw, the valve allows controlled pressurization. Once approximately 50% of the inlet pressure is reached, it fully opens, ensuring a smooth transition to operating conditions. This makes it particularly valuable in applications where precision and safety are critical.

The modular design of the Series MD soft start valve offers flexibility with multiple port options, including threaded connections (G1/8, G1/4, G3/8) and push-in fittings for Ø6, 8, and 10 mm tubing. An optional upper port can be used to extend pressurization time or to install a pressure switch, further enhancing control.

Constructed from robust polyamide with stainless steel and brass components, the valve ensures long-term durability even in demanding environments. It can be easily mounted in-line or using support brackets, making installation quick and versatile.
