Series MD shut-off valve

The Series MC lockable isolation valves, also known as shut-off valves, are designed to provide safe and reliable control of compressed air in pneumatic systems. Positioned upstream of air treatment units, these 3/2-way poppet valves make it easy to isolate and vent downstream equipment during servicing or maintenance.

Available in manual, pneumatic, and electropneumatic versions, the Series MC valves come with a lock-out feature that allows them to be padlocked in the closed position. This ensures compliance with safety procedures and prevents accidental reactivation of the system.

The valves are offered in port sizes G1/4, G3/8, and G1/2, with compact modular construction that makes them easy to integrate into existing setups. Mounting options include inline, wall, or panel installation, giving flexibility across different system layouts.

Built with durable materials, including technopolymer and NBR seals, the Series MC shut-off valves operate in temperatures from –5 °C to +50 °C and at pressures up to 10 bar. They also deliver excellent flow performance, with exhaust rates up to 2380 Nl/min, making them highly reliable even in demanding industrial applications.
