Series MX soft start valve

The Series MX Soft Start Valves from Camozzi are designed to improve safety and reliability in pneumatic systems by providing a controlled, gradual pressurization at startup. Instead of allowing a sudden rush of compressed air, these valves progressively increase downstream pressure until it reaches about 50% of the inlet pressure, after which full flow is enabled. This prevents abrupt movements in cylinders and other connected components, safeguarding both equipment and operators.

Part of the Series MX modular FRL platform, these soft start valves integrate seamlessly with filters, regulators, and lubricators, offering a compact and flexible air preparation solution. Available in port sizes from G 3/8 to G 1, they deliver flow rates of up to 8,500 Nl/min, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

With options for inline or wall-mounted installation, and the ability to request versions with integrated pressure switches, these valves provide adaptability to different system setups. Built from durable materials like aluminum and stainless steel, they are engineered for long service life even under demanding operating conditions of up to 16 bar.
