The Series MX Lockable Isolation Valves are designed to provide safe, reliable shut-off control within modular FRL assemblies. These 3/2-way valves allow operators to easily isolate the downstream section of a pneumatic system while ensuring quick depressurization, making them essential for safe maintenance and servicing.
Available in manual, electro-pneumatic, servo-pilot, and pneumatic versions, the valves offer flexibility for different application needs. The manual lockable version includes an 8 mm hole that accommodates standard padlocks or safety hasps, ensuring compliance with lockout/tagout procedures and preventing accidental system activation during maintenance.
Electro-pneumatic versions feature a manual override, offering convenient control even in installations where direct manual access is difficult. With flow rates up to 9,200 Nl/min and port sizes ranging from G 3/8 to G 1, these valves are suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
Built with a modular spool design, aluminum body, and durable sealing materials, the Series MX Lockable Isolation Valves ensure long service life under operating pressures from –0.8 bar to 10 bar and temperatures up to 60 °C. Their compatibility with the modular Series MX FRL system enables quick installation, space-saving configurations, and seamless integration with filters, regulators, and lubricators.
