Series MX lubricators

The Series MX Lubricators are designed to deliver precise and reliable lubrication within pneumatic systems, ensuring smooth operation and longer equipment life. Their modern, modular structure combines robust metal alloys with lightweight technopolymer covers, making them both durable and easy to integrate into any air treatment setup.

For user convenience, the lubricators include a regulation screw for accurate oil metering and the ability to refill oil while the system remains under pressure, minimizing downtime. A transparent bowl cover allows quick visual checks of oil levels, while the bayonet-type bowl locking system enhances safety during maintenance.

Available in two sizes, the Series MX Lubricators meet diverse system requirements:

• MX2: Port sizes G 3/8, G 1/2, G 3/4 with an oil capacity of 170 cm³
• MX3: Port sizes G 3/4, G 1 with an oil capacity of 230 cm³

Operating effectively under pressures up to 16 bar and temperatures up to 50 °C (60 °C at 10 bar), these lubricators are suitable for demanding industrial environments. Compact and lightweight, they are easy to install vertically inline or mounted on walls using clamps, offering flexibility in system design.
