The Camozzi RFU and RFO series of flow control valves are designed for applications that demand precise airflow regulation and long-lasting reliability in pneumatic automation. Featuring a needle-type design, these valves allow for gradual, accurate control of airflow to optimize cylinder speeds and process efficiency.

  • Series RFU: Unidirectional valves, ideal for controlling the extension or retraction speed of pneumatic cylinders.
  • Series RFO: Bidirectional valves, suitable for managing airflow in both directions, such as filling or emptying volumes with precision.

Built with an aluminum body, brass needle, and NBR seals, the RFU & RFO series combine strength with durability, ensuring compatibility with filtered compressed air. The valves can be mounted flexibly on panels, walls, or directly on cylinders, making them adaptable to various system designs.

  • Port sizes: M5, G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, and G1/2.
  • Nominal diameters: from 1.5 mm to 7 mm, depending on model.

With flow rates ranging from 55 Nl/min on smaller M5 versions to over 600 Nl/min on G1/4 ports, the Camozzi RFU and RFO valves offer a wide performance range to match different cylinder sizes and stroke times.
