In pneumatic systems, sudden bursts of air pressure during startup can damage equipment or create unsafe working conditions. Camozzi’s Series MC Soft Start Valves are designed to eliminate this risk by delivering a controlled and gradual pressurization process.

How They Work

When the system is activated, the soft start valve slowly opens, allowing pressure to rise gently to about 50% of the inlet pressure. Only after this safe threshold is reached does the valve open fully, rapidly bringing the system to its operating pressure. This prevents shocks to cylinders, actuators, and downstream components.
