Series MD lubricators

The Series MD lubricator ensures consistent and reliable lubrication in pneumatic systems, helping extend the service life of cylinders, valves, and other moving components. By generating a fine oil mist, it reduces friction, minimizes wear, and keeps operations running smoothly even in demanding environments.

Engineered for modular integration, the lubricator can be combined with other Series MD air treatment units, offering flexibility in system design. Its interchangeable ports provide connection options for threaded fittings (G1/8, G1/4, G3/8) or push-in fittings for Ø6, 8, and 10 mm tubing.

Maintenance is simple and efficient—the transparent polycarbonate bowl allows quick oil-level checks, while the refill system works even under pressure, minimizing downtime. A safety lock mechanism on the bowl prevents accidental openings during operation.

With a compact 42 mm modular size, durable polyamide body, and NBR seals, the Series MD lubricator is designed for long-lasting performance. Its easy adjustability ensures the right oil feed at all times, supporting both safety and efficiency across a wide range of industrial applications.
