Series MD filters

The Series MD filters are designed to remove impurities and condensate from compressed air systems, ensuring cleaner air supply and protecting downstream equipment. Part of the modern and high-performance Series MD product line, these filters combine a lightweight technopolymer structure with durability, offering both simplicity and strength.

Their modular assembly allows seamless integration with other Series MD air preparation components. The filters feature interchangeable cartridges, which can be configured with threaded ports (1/8", 1/4", 3/8") or super-rapid fittings for Ø6, 8, and 10 mm tubing, providing installation flexibility. Intermediate cartridges can also be added to extend functionality or derive air to multiple utilities.

A technopolymer bowl with a protective cover and bayonet-type mounting ensures durability, easy handling, and quick maintenance. Additional air intakes on both the front and rear provide the same quality as outlet air, making them ideal for utilities with limited consumption.

The Series MD filters are available with multiple condensate drain options—semi-automatic manual, automatic protected depressurisation, or direct G1/8 exhaust—offering flexibility for different applications. A visual blockage indicator makes monitoring filter condition simple, while a bowl locking system increases operator safety by reducing the risk of accidents.
