Flex Locs from ACE are quick-connect rubber-metal isolators designed to decouple vibrations, impacts, and structure-borne noise between two components. These flexible, pop rivet-style fasteners are easy to install using standard metric screws (M3–M8), providing a secure and releasable connection between the clamping and mounting sides—ideal for both temporary and permanent applications.
Made entirely from Neoprene (chloroprene rubber), Flex Locs operate in a wide temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C and are UV-resistant, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments. They can be installed into blind holes to attach trim, cladding, or technical panels, and they’re capable of isolating structural vibrations down to 150 Hz with up to 80% noise and vibration reduction.
Typical applications include aggregates, machines, covers, control boxes, vehicle interiors, and building façades—anywhere a quick, secure, and effective isolation of components is needed without the use of special tools.
