Cone Mounts from ACE are highly efficient shock and vibration dampers designed for vehicle cabins and industrial machinery. With a natural frequency range of 5.5 Hz to 14.1 Hz, they reliably isolate vibrations across different axes—even when loads vary—thanks to a specially designed rubber profile.

These fail-safe mounts, reinforced with stop washers, are tear-proof and suitable for shear, compressive, and tensile stresses. Their compact, conical design enables them to handle high axial and radial loads, making them perfect for use in agricultural engineering, construction vehicles, compressors, and mechanical systems.

Made from zinc-plated steel and natural rubber, Cone Mounts operate in temperatures from -40 °C to +70 °C and can be installed in any spatial direction. They’re also available in various rubber compounds upon request, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of load requirements.
