Bubble Mounts for Light Load Isolation

Bubble Mounts are compact and lightweight rubber-metal isolators engineered specifically for vertical compression under light loads ranging from 0.7 kg to 8.2 kg. With a natural frequency as low as 8 Hz, they offer exceptional vibration and shock absorption, making them ideal for sensitive and precision equipment.

Despite their small size, Bubble Mounts deliver high-impact damping performance and can be upgraded with silicone elements to enhance isolation in more demanding conditions. Their operating temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C and UV resistance make them reliable even in variable environments.

Typical applications include medical technology, avionics, computers, control systems, small compressors, and military-grade electronics. These isolators ensure that delicate components are protected from damaging vibrations, structure-borne noise, and mechanical shocks—especially in aerospace and off-road environments.

Constructed with zinc-plated steel and Neoprene (chloroprene rubber), Bubble Mounts are also available in custom rubber compounds, including silicone, upon request.
