Built to take the hit, TUBUS TR-HD profile dampers from ACE are designed for the toughest impact and collision protection tasks. These heavy-duty radial dampers maintain the core benefits of the TR series—soft, radial deceleration—but with a solid material body and significantly higher energy absorption, ranging from 405 Nm to 11,840 Nm per cycle. This performance is packed into a compact design, with stroke lengths between 12 mm and 44 mm, making them a powerhouse solution where space is limited but reliability is non-negotiable.

Thanks to the co-polyester elastomer construction available in two hardness levels (Shore 40D and 55D), the TR-HD dampers offer versatile damping profiles to suit various application needs. Their slightly oval shape enhances energy intake while minimizing peak forces. This means smoother operation and less wear and tear on equipment. Mounting is fast and flexible — with two screws included, they can be positioned horizontally or vertically, and even adapted for custom mounting distances.
