LOCKED PL – High-Performance Clamping for All Rail Profiles

For applications requiring high clamping force and consistent performance, the LOCKED PL clamping elements from ACE are the perfect fit. Specially designed for linear rail systems ranging from 20 mm to 65 mm, these process clamping units are custom-fitted to each rail profile, ensuring optimal alignment and force distribution across all leading manufacturer designs.

LOCKED PL achieves holding forces between 540 N and 10,000 N, providing maximum static clamping, even under harsh conditions. Thanks to robust steel pads, the clamping effect is maintained even on greased rails, eliminating a common weak point in many systems.

With a service life of up to 1,000,000 cycles, LOCKED PL units operate reliably across countless production runs, offering lower system costs than comparable hydraulic or electric alternatives. Built from high-grade tool steel and designed for mounting in any position, these pneumatic clamping elements run on dried, filtered air and support a temperature range of 15 °C to 45 °C.
