ACE LOCKED Clamping Elements offer precise, fail-safe clamping and stopping for both linear and rotational applications. Designed to activate immediately in the event of pneumatic pressure loss, they’re ideal for emergency stops and static holding. With holding forces up to 36,000 N and torques up to 4,680 Nm, these clamping systems cover shafts, rods, and guide rails—including Z-axis clamping—and are compatible with standard rail sizes from 15 mm to 65 mm.

Available in compact, modular designs, LOCKED elements ensure high reliability with up to 1 million cycles and 500 emergency stops. They clamp securely—even on greased rails—and provide a cost-effective alternative to hydraulic solutions, making them perfect for machine tools, transport systems, positioning tables, and custom machinery.
