Mesh Panels
Corrugated Mesh Panels are designed for guards, enclosures, and partitions, particularly when paired with clamp profiles. Made with anodized aluminium wires, they ensure long-term performance indoors and outdoors. Cutting tolerances align with DIN ISO 2768 class c.
Perforated Sheets
- Aluminium Perforated Sheets support ventilation and filtering, suitable for screens, ceilings, and storage areas. Powder-coated variants offer weather resistance for outdoor use.
- Stainless Steel Perforated Sheets (3 mm) are hygienic, scratch-resistant, and chemically durable. Ideal for cleanrooms, they feature 5 mm Rv 5-8 perforations and comply with DIN 24041. Not available as cut-offs.
Closed Plastic Panels
Plastic and resin-bonded cellulose laminate panels provide superior impact and temperature resistance. Laminated in grey and available in various colours, they’re perfect for workstations, machine panels, and partitions. The sealed melamine surface ensures chemical resistance and hygienic usability. Store flat before installation to maintain quality.
Sound-Insulating Material 20mm, Anthracite
This special sound-absorbent foam (DIN 52215 T63 compliant) is designed for enclosures and partitions to reduce environmental noise. It features a washable, perforated PVC surface and a self-adhesive backing for easy application. Best results are achieved when mounted on clean, stable surfaces within vibration-minimised panel frames.
Table Tops – Plastic Coated, HPL & ESD
Custom-sized table tops are available in three material options for different use cases:
- Table Top 25, Plastic Coated: 25 mm thick, suitable for light-duty work areas.
- Table Top 30, HPL: 30 mm thick with industrial-grade high-pressure laminate for heavy-duty environments.
- Table Top 30, HPL/ESD: Volume-conductive and ESD-protected with high load capacity.
All table tops come with ABS edge strips and are available in custom dimensions from 300x300 mm to 2770x2040 mm.
Plastic Pro – Cleanroom-Certified Surface Panels
Plastic Pro panels offer an impact-proof, scratch-resistant alternative to stainless steel. Featuring an electron beam-hardened surface, they resist aggressive chemicals, H₂O₂ gas, and are ideal for cleanrooms and labs. Certified by the Fraunhofer Institute, these HPL panels provide excellent hygiene, chemical resistance, and VOC reduction. Store flat until installation.
Compound Material HPL 36mm – Lightweight Cleanroom Panels
This 36 mm sandwich panel features two 2 mm thick outer HPL layers with an XPS rigid foam core. Lightweight yet strong, it’s ideal for flush-mounted cleanroom wall panels using item’s Fixing System. The compound structure ensures thermal insulation and easy installation in modular setups.
