Valve islands in multi-pole and fieldbus versions

The series D1 valve islands ensure maximum productivity and flexibility in numerous industrial automation systems. The valve islands are controlled via the new CX4 fieldbus module using the most common protocols.

Thanks to a new fieldbus module, the series D1 valve island is compatible with the most common protocols (PROFIBUS DP, CANopen, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, EtherCAT, IO-Link). This increases the number of controllable valves and allows both analogue and digital input and output modules to be integrated into a single network node.

The fieldbus module consists of two separate elements (lower and upper parts), which makes it easier to replace the fieldbus node. Alongside the internal fieldbus, the mechanical and electrical connection system enables maximum flexibility when adding, moving, removing or replacing the various modules and changing the communication protocol. Everything you need, all packed into the smallest space.

The D1 series features CoilVision technology, which monitors the operating status of the valves and predicts their level of wear.

The operating data, error messages and operating status are either indicated by flashing LEDs on the module or sent to a PLC – or, via WiFi, to an IIoT gateway and then on to the cloud.
