Series HN Valve Islands: Multipole and Fieldbus Connectivity for Versatile Automation

The Series HN valve islands from Camozzi represent a cutting-edge solution for complex automation tasks. Designed with compact dimensions, modular architecture, and high flow rates, these valve islands are ideal for a wide range of industrial applications, especially where space-saving and efficient signal distribution are critical.

Series HN offers two main connection types:

·        Multipole connection (25 or 37-pin Sub-D connectors), supporting up to 32 coils across 28 valve positions

·        Fieldbus communication, compatible with leading industrial protocols including PROFIBUS-DP, CANopen, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and EtherCAT

o   400 Nl/min for 10.5 mm valves

o   850 Nl/min for 21 mm valves

Pneumatic and Electrical Integration

Each valve is built with a spool-and-seals construction and uses high-quality materials like aluminum, technopolymer, and brass. Connections are available in M7, G1/4, and tube fittings from Ø4 to Ø10. The system operates with filtered, non-lubricated compressed air and supports working pressures from -0.9 to 10 bar.

Electrically, the Series HN supports 24 V DC ±10% supply with LED diagnostics, offering efficient operation with up to 32 solenoid coils controlled via a single Fieldbus or Multipole connection.
