Camozzi

Compact design, fast response, and flexible installation make Series P valves ideal for demanding pneumatic systems.

Series P Direct Acting Solenoid Valves

3/2-Way NC and NO Valves for Compact, High-Precision Pneumatic Control

The Series P solenoid valves are a compact and efficient solution for precision pneumatic control. These directly operated 3/2-way valves, available in both Normally Closed (NC) and Normally Open (NO) versions, are engineered for performance and flexibility across a wide range of automation systems.

Whether installed on single sub-bases or modular manifolds, Series P valves are designed with versatility in mind. The valves feature a monostable manual override, allowing for easy manual actuation during setup or maintenance.

Key Features

  • Direct Acting Poppet Type: Ensures fast and reliable operation with response times under 15 ms.
  • Compact and Flexible Installation: Can be mounted using M5 pneumatic connections on a sub-base (ISO 15218) or manifold with tube fittings for Ø3 or Ø4 mm.
  • Wide Operating Range: Handles pressures from 0 to 10 bar and temperatures from 0 to 50 °C.
  • Flow Efficiency: With an orifice diameter of 0.8 to 1.5 mm, the valves offer a kv range of 0.21 to 0.54 l/min, suitable for precision tasks.

Fluid Compatibility and Durability

Built for longevity and compatibility, Series P valves are suited for filtered air or inert gases, conforming to ISO 8573-1:2010 class [5:4:4]. They accommodate a maximum oil viscosity of 32 cSt. All wetted components are made from durable materials, including:

  • Body: PBT
  • Seals: PU, NBR, FKM, EPDM
  • Internal Parts: Stainless steel

Electrical Versatility

Though supplied for DC operation, Series P valves can function with AC power using the optional bridge rectifier connector (Mod. 125-900). Additional electrical highlights include:

  • Voltage Options: 12–110 V DC or 24–110 V AC (50/60 Hz)
  • Voltage Tolerance: ±10%
  • Power Consumption: 1 to 2 W
  • Duty Cycle: 100% ED for continuous operation
  • Protection Class: IP65 when used with the appropriate connector

Applications

Thanks to their compact size, rapid switching times, and reliable performance, Series P valves are ideal for:

  • Laboratory automation
  • Packaging machinery
  • Testing equipment
  • General pneumatic circuits where space and speed are critical

Optimize your pneumatic systems with the precision and reliability of Series P solenoid valves — engineered for high-performance control in compact spaces.
