Rodless cylinders are a space-efficient solution where long strokes and compact designs are essential. The Series 50 and Series 52 rodless cylinders combine robust construction with high precision, catering to a wide range of industrial automation needs.

Series 50 – Reliable and Versatile

The Series 50 rodless cylinders are double-acting, magnetic, and cushioned, available in seven bore sizes (ø16 to ø80 mm). Designed with end-stroke cushioning and four ports per chamber, they ensure smooth and controllable motion. A built-in permanent magnet allows for position detection via external proximity switches.

• Stroke Range: 100 – 4000 mm
• Operating Pressure: 1 – 8 bar
• Speed Range: 10 – 1000 mm/s
• Mounting: Foot-mounted

• Materials: Aluminium (end-covers, barrel, piston), PU & NBR seals
• Fluid: Clean, dry air (lubricated air with ISO VG32 optional)

Series 52 – Modular and Advanced

The Series 52 expands on the Series 50 with more modularity and configuration options. It is available in five bore sizes (ø25 to ø63 mm) and comes in three main versions: Basic (M), with Slide Bearing (G), and with Roller Bearings (R)*. Each version offers either a standard or extra short carriage, providing application-specific adaptability.

• Stroke Range: Up to 6000 mm
• Operating Pressure: 1 – 8 bar (1.5 – 8 bar for Ø25 “R” version)
• Speed Range: 10 – 1000 mm/s
• Mounting: Various, via profile slots and carriage options
• Temperature Range: -10°C to 70°C
• Materials: Anodized aluminium, plastic, hardened steel, NBR & PU seals
• Fluid: Filtered air (lubricated with ISO VG32 oil if speeds exceed 1 m/s)
