The Camozzi Series 45 Anti-Rotation Guide Units are engineered to enhance the performance and stability of pneumatic cylinders in motion-critical applications. Designed specifically for DIN/ISO 6432 and ISO 15552 (formerly DIN/ISO 6431) standard cylinders, these guide units prevent piston rod rotation while handling radial loads effectively.

Versatile Compatibility

The Series 45 is compatible with a wide range of cylinder diameters:

• ø 12, 16, 20, 25 mm for DIN/ISO 6432 cylinders
• ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 mm for ISO 15552 cylinders

This broad compatibility makes the Series 45 ideal for OEMs and engineers working with standard VDMA/ISO pneumatic cylinders.

Three Models for Different Loads

Series 45 offers three guide types tailored to application needs:

• UT (45NUT) – Self-lubricating with crawling supports
• HT (45NHT) – Heavy-duty, self-lubricating with reinforced crawling supports
• HB (45NHB) – Ball bush version for higher precision, requiring lubrication (DIN 51825 code KP2G-20)

Each model has been optimized to manage radial forces while maintaining alignment, particularly beneficial in applications with varying stroke lengths.
